At Casa dei Leoni, privacy, comfort and authentic Italian living come together. Our detached country home is set in a peaceful and secure hilltop location near Nizza Monferrato, surrounded by vineyards and far from through traffic.


Designed for couples seeking space, tranquillity and understated elegance, each studio offers a private outdoor area, refined comfort and beautiful views across the Monferrato landscape. Spend slow mornings on your terrace, relax by the pool and discover one of Italy’s most celebrated wine regions at your own pace.

The 6.5 x 3 metre panoramic pool is a place to slow down, cool off and take in the rolling vineyards below. With a depth of 1.4 metres, it is ideal for relaxed summer days, an afternoon swim or an aperitivo as the sun sets over the hills.

The pool is shared exclusively by the guests of the two studios at Casa dei Leoni.

To ensure your complete relaxation, the property is only open to guests aged 18 and over.


The hosts live in the same house and are always happy to assist you – whether with local tips or personal support.

You can conveniently park your car in the private parking area while enjoying the refreshing swimming pool, shared with a maximum of four guests – guaranteeing peace, privacy, and pure relaxation.

  • How many bedrooms are available at CdL?

    Each of our two studios have one bedroom with a double bed of 160 x 200 cm each.

    The sofa in the living room is a fully equiped bed sofa of 140 x 200 cm.


  • How far are the properties from the nearest supermarket?

    The closest supermarkets, Lidl, Penny, Gigante, Eurospar, are situated in the nearby town of Nizza Monferrato and can be reached in just 10 minutes by car from the CdL. Additionally, larger shopping centers can be found in Acqui Terme and Asti, approximately 15 - 25 minutes away from the CdL.

  • Is parking available at the properties?

    Yes, there is a privat outdoor parking lot for the CdL guests available. No extra charges apply. 

  • What is the check-in and check-out time?

    Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need flexible times, feel free to contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • Why are the properties for adults only?

    Yes, the SMVVL is very family-friendly. The lodge offers plenty of outdoor space and the private padio in the peaceful garden is perfect for families with children. A crib is available upon request.

  • Are pets allowed at CdL?

    Definitely.Tab water in the house comes direcly and filtered from the mountain above the lodge. However, the water from the two wells in front of the house is not drinking water. 

  • Is the CdL located in a safe area?

    Certainly. We are situated in a peaceful countryside area nestled in the hills, known for its safety and tranquility. The hosts, along with their attentive watchdog, are always nearby to ensure a secure atmosphere. Additionally, the property is equipped with a modern alarm system, providing an extra layer of protection. Altogether, this creates a reliably safe and calm environment for all our guests.
